Reductions are available for children aged from 4yrs - and up to 12 (under 12's) when sharing the triple/family room with parents/guardians. 40% reduction aged 4 - 7 inc, and 20 % reduction aged 8 to to - to under 12.
Important Note - As we are a small family run guesthouse, unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings from stags or hens, family groups welcome. Double room for single use at the reduced rate unavailable throughout the high season.

A deposit of one nights stay is required on booking, and is non refundable on cancellation by the guest. In the unlikely event that the guesthouse cancels your booking then a full refund of any monies paid by the guest will be made. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In any case, the guest house will endeavour to re-let your accommodation, and then the cancellation charges may not apply.
We do accept payment by card, cash. Balance is payable on arrival.
Check out is by 10.00 a.m, check in is after 4.00 p.m. Sometimes your room may be ready earlier, call us and ask, we will see what we can do ! In any case you may be able to check in and leave your luggage with us, to return once your room is ready for you.
Please note: Arrivals are not normally accepted after 8.30 p.m unless by prior arrangement (this applies to new arrivals only, once you are here, you are given your own keys and can come and go as you please!).
